Clients are required to pay a 50% deposit upfront to secure their booking. The deposit confirms the appointment and is non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and submitted in writing to info@formtherapy.co.uk.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged at the full appointment value. Any deposit paid will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

All treatments and packages are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

Treatment packages expire after two, three or four months from the date of purchase, depending on the package selected.

Single treatments expire six months from the date of purchase.

Clients who are running late must call or WhatsApp 07340 779085 as soon as possible.

Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time. The full session fee will still apply.

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. Clients who do not attend their appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment value for all booked services.
